Hollenburg Private Hospital

This premium structure was built by a cooperation between PORR Styria and PORR Lower Austria as full-service general contractor general contractors. It excels with its simple architecture and functional division. The special clinic for psychiatric rehabilitation, treatment of depression and burnout syndrome in Hollenburg bei Krems was built in the middle of the vineyards and with a view of the Danube. After a construction time of just one year, the building was handed over in November 2011.

The ground floor houses therapy rooms, a walk-in patient clinic, a kitchen with dining hall, a cafeteria and the reception. Located on the first two levels are 50 single rooms each and five double rooms with balcony. The third floor houses a health hotel with 17 spacious suites. An underground car park offers 70 parking spaces and a further 94 cars can be parked on two exterior parking levels. The spacious outside facilities feature meandering walking paths and a 600,000-l fire pond which provides extinguishing water in the event of a fire.
