The company carries out anchoring work as part of special foundation work . Thanks to the technological possibilities of the drilling rigs used, these elements can be built in virtually any geological conditions. Depending on the purpose, the anchors are made in permanent or temporary rope, bar or drilled anchors.

The most widespread method of underground foundation of structures is currently piles. We offer cased drilled piles, uncased drilled piles, CFA drilled piles and dragline driven piles with simultaneous hydraulic table driving.

Jet grouting is a frequently used method, particularly for undercutting adjacent properties when constructing construction pits in urban developments . The method is gentle to existing objects and its use minimises the risks of damage to them. Thanks to the range of drilling rigs available, from mini to the largest, the work can be carried out both in the basements of existing houses and, with the use of large rigs, reach drilling depths of up to 30 m.

The construction of building pits is now a very common theme in the construction of modern centres. Technologies such as underground reinforced concrete walls, backfill casing, pile walls, drilled pile walls, walls made of jet grouted columns and micro-pile walls are used and offered by our company for the construction of vertical excavation structures . To capture horizontal forces, these structures are supplemented by anchoring at one or more levels as required by the structural design.

In difficult terrains and confined spaces in urban developments, or in basements of existing buildings, micropiles are the most widely used due to the low cost of space and site equipment. They are usually used in the foundation of new buildings, the construction of micropiles walls, the rehabilitation of landslides, the rehabilitation and strengthening of bridge structures, the strengthening of foundations in the reconstruction of buildings and the construction of protective umbrellas for tunnelling.

As a substitute for pile or micropile foundations it is possible to use rammed piles - HLV. Reinforced concrete underground walls find abundant application in the construction of deep construction pits and in specific conditions also as foundation structures . Sealing walls are successfully used on construction sites for environmental protection, preservation of existing landfills, groundwater flow modification, etc. Thin sealing walls are an effective technology for sealing landfills, sealing sloping construction pits or, and this has recently been used extensively, for sealing river embankments.

Soil nailing is a method of reinforcing rammed earth by drilling or, in cement-filled boreholes, inserting nails. In combination with a reinforced layer of shotcrete , it is used for the downward construction of trenches, excavations, construction pits.

Injection work is used to strengthen or seal soils, rocks and building structures and is an integral part of the execution of anchors, micropiles, nails and other special works (e.g. sealing of boreholes). We predominantly use stable cement mixtures for grouting.

Different special foundation technologies are combined in the static securing of damaged buildings or in the context of renovations being carried out. We also offer slope stability. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field of foundations and the wide range of technologies we offer, we are able to offer our partners advice, proposals for technical solutions, optimisation of existing designs and the processing of alternative designs at all stages of project documentation, including implementation.
