Dušan Čížekmanaging director of the company
After graduation, Dušan Čížek started his professional career in the banking sector. In 1998, he moved to the manufacturing industry, where he worked first as CFO and later as CEO of multinational companies. In 2007, he became CEO of the construction company BAK a.s. Since June 2018, Dušan Čížek has been responsible for the civil engineering sector as a member of the Board of Directors of PORR a.s. and since March 2023 he has been the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of PORR a.s. and at the same time the Managing Director of PORR s.r.o.
Antonín Daňamanaging director of the company
After graduating in "Construction, Maintenance and Reconstruction of Roads and Bridges" at the University of Transport in Žilina, Antonín Daňa started his professional life as a plant foreman in PSVS, today's PORR a.s. This was followed by the positions of technical and production deputy plant manager, plant manager, production manager, deputy chairman of the board of directors up to the chairman of the board of directors of PSVS. Since 2012, Antonín Daňa has been responsible for the area of transport construction as a member of the Board of Directors of PORR a.s.
Peter Suchymanaging director of the company
While studying at the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Peter Suchý started his career at the auditing company Ernst & Young. He gained further professional experience in top management positions at Vítkovice Power Engineering, ČEZ ESCO and AXA partners. He moved to the construction industry in 2019, when he joined COLAS CZ as the economic deputy of the road transport division.
Since November 2024, he has been in charge of managing the economic department at PORR a.s. as the CFO and member of the Board of Directors, and at the same time the Managing Director of PORR s.r.o.
